What Reports You Can Generate with SteadyPoint SharePoint Helpdesk?

Reports offer a way to extract and present a specific subset of the information from a large database. Reports are preset to provide the user with graphically presented information regarding the tickets, performance, and resolution time. In this blog, we'll explore the types of reports available in our Office 365 ticketing system.

  1. Tickets by Status

Filtering Options

You can filter data by department and date using the options located at the top left of the screen under the "Filters" button.
