SteadyPoint add-ins are SharePoint-hosted apps. Collected data is stored in your own SharePoint website. SteadyPoint does not access, collect, or store this tenant data.

Demographic Data

Helpdesk may access SharePoint Active Directory demographic data for in-app operational usage. SteadyPoint does not externally store this data.
