How to Configure AI Integration in SteadyPoint Helpdesk

Below are the steps to connect Azure OpenAI with SteadyPoint Helpdesk and enable AI features.

1. Go to portal.azure.com and find Azure OpenAI

2. Create > Azure Open AI

3. Fill in the required information, then click Next

4. Click Create

5. Click Go to resource

6. Click Go to Foundry Portal

7. Click Modal Catalog

8. Find gpt-5-mini

9. Click Use this model

10. Type the Deployment Name

11. Copy Target URL & key & Deployment name

12. Add these values to the system
